When we ran out of eggs we were able to pick some up outside as its a working farm - very much left to our own to enjoy the space - lovely to wake up to the cows in the field. Also lovely welcome pack on arrival.

The Barn Ivy Cottage is a detached barn conversion on the owners' working livestock farm, in the village of Kexby and just five miles from York. This cottage sleeps six people and has one ground floor king-size double, one ground floor twin with en-suite bath and one double on the mezzanine floor, together with a family shower room. Also in the cottage is open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and barbecue.
