Welcome to The Beach House... Situated just one street away from the Southend Beach & Eastern Esplanade, this stunning 2-bedroom apartment is your perfect home-from-home whilst you stay in Southend. Recently refurbished, this has everything you need for short & long stays. Whether you are working away, staying with friends/family, or just visiting Southend for a seaside getaway, you can settle in comfort at the Beach House. Parks, cafés, coffee & the beach are all within 5 minutes walk... What's Inside? You will enter the flat through a short flight of stairs, where you'll find a well-designed layout on one level, ensuring comfort and ease of mobility throughout. The maisonette apartment boasts two bedrooms, both with ample facilities. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a bunk bed, perfect for families or guests. A double sofa bed in the living area also provides extra sleeping space, accommodating 6 guests with ease. The living area is a nice relaxing space to chill after a long day, with a smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, or to prepare that takeaway food in style...! To the rear of the property, down a short set of stairs, is lovely garden, where you can enjoy morning coffees or soak up the sunshine. Situated just a short walk from Southend beach, this apartment offers an array of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and entertainment, all within short walking distance.
