The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.
Welcome to the Coach House in the beautiful village of Harthill. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. We love sharing our treasured home with guests and hope they love the property as much as we do.
The Coach House enjoys a superb position in the pretty village of Harthill next to the historic ‘All Hallows’ church. Harthill is located on the edge of open countryside 15 miles south of Sheffield city centre, and close to the A57; the main connection road to the A1 and M1 motorways. The immediate locality is rural, boasting unspoilt scenery and walks. The village has an abundance of local services and amenities including two traditional pubs serving excellent food, and shops including a post office, bakers, butchers, barbers, hairdressers, greengrocers, a general store as well as a doctors surgery. All are within a very short walking distance from the Coach House. There is ample parking for at least two cars on the private gravel driveway adjacent to the coachhouse and main residence. A left turn out the coachhouse onto Union Street leads to the village shops which are 75m away; that is also the direction to the M1 South at Junction 30 (Barlborough). A right turn out of the coachhouse leads to the Beehive pub and towards the Kiveton Park nature reserve, the A57 and M1 North at Junction 31 (Worksop).
