Property is located on quite a busy road which is undergoing some development, but this wasn't a problem since the sound insulation was excellent with recently fitted double glazing and there's off-road parking. Its only a short walk to the Esplanade with superb views over South Bay and there'a a Sainsbury local less than 5minutes away on Ramshill. The property was impeccably clean when we arrived and is very well equipped, washing machine is basic, but worked well. There's a large TV in the lounge and another in the main bedroom as well as the small downstairs sub-lounge - so no need to argue about what to watch. The WiFi worked brilliantly. The off-road gated parking was a big bonus - two cars would fit easily and with one car there's enough room to turn round to avoid reversing out

The Coach House is a cosy link-detached Victorian coach house situated close to the centre of the seaside town of Scarborough. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one zip/link super-king-size double, one double, one twin, one ground floor double, as well as a bathroom and a ground floor wet room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there's a front gravelled courtyard with furniture, suitable for three parked cars. The Coach House is a convenient base for families wishing to stay in a traditional seaside resort, but also be close to a wonderful National Park. Note: Low head height in the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms
