Breakfast closed at ten and if you was ten minutes late they would not offer you anything and you had to wait until 12 when the kitchen re opened. The continental breakfast was a very poor selection of two choices of cereal and yogurt.

The location of the property was rural and very quiet. Unfortunately our stay was short but it would be a great place to stay for a few days or more.

Lovely setting on a beautiful farm. The chalet is nicely presented with little touches that are nice like a small food basket and towels in a pretty bundle. It's smaller than we thought but has all you need for a short trip

A beautiful City with plenty to explore on foot from the City centre. Loved the Bishops palace gardens and the cathedral both of which were free. Lots of shops and restaurants. We didn’t get to the canal or nearby beaches due to time constraints.

The Chichester Cathedral is an absolute must, as is The Aviation Museum! Another worthy visit is Weald & Downland Living Mueum! Bosham is a lovely village to walk around with a very tranquil small harbour! You won't have time to get bored in and around Chicester, there is so much to do and see!

We were there for a family party but spent a few hours in the city centre. We visited the Novium Museum which interestingly depicts the city’s long and interesting history. The cathedral is fascinating.
Also worth a visit is the Pallant House gallery, but the real pleasure of Chichester is wandering around its streets.we had a nice scone and coffee in a cafe called Bumbles.

Small city centre with interesting architecture and a dominant cathedral. Bishop's Palace gardens a particularly nice place to chill out in.
Parking easy all round the ring road, which was not to busy with traffic and walkable to the centre.
Good location to visit the various attractions around the huge harbour.
We particularly liked The Ship Inn at Itchenor.

Everything was right for a medium price hotel; no frills but clean, efficient and pleasant, with a solid breakfast. The rooms are in an annex set back from the main road; traffic audible but not intrusive. There is a nice garden to sit out in at the back of the main pub. Location convenient for the Roman Villa, the creek-side walk to Dell Quay, and with a bit more effort into Chichester. Staff were helpful in advising on these.
Not Applicable. The hotel cancelled my reservation on Thursday before I was due to stay. They did offer to look for alternative accommodation which I accepted and ended up staying 7 miles out of town at the Avisford Park Hotel. I have since found out that the hotel is now being used to accommodate asylum seekers on behalf of the home office.
The hotel was immaculate throughout and the owners were really friendly. Situated within walking distance from the Chichester high street. Highly recommend
