How to find us What three words location: Decorated.amends.windows 19 century farmhouse set in the heart of the Lincolnshire worlds, with New Stable Block built in 2022, contains the single room with ensuite to Rent . Riding holidays or horse and trap are also an option, if you would like to bring your horse to enjoy the beautiful countryside and beaches in this area for this option you would need to contact me directly .
We moved here just three years ago and live in the main house, so you’re very private, happy to loan you the barbecue in the summer, seating area outside. we are also happy for you to bring a dog, but we do have just a few rules because we have old cats, horses and not all dogs are used to horses and we have a young dog ourselves. Conditions of agreement for you to include your animals at our property, 1. The dog must always be kept on a lead while on the property. 2. All poo collected and disposed of in the wheelie bin . 3. All dogs must sleep in a cage, and the cage would be in the hot water wash off room , which is next door to your bedroom. 4. Hot water showers are available for horses and dogs all year round in the wash room. 5. Dogs are not allowed in your bedroom. 6. Please call to discuss, before the booking is made between ourselves. Looking forward to meeting you.
Loads of footpaths, bridleways , Cycling, Fishing, Golf, Cadwell Park bike / car race course, Lincoln city, Louth, Horncastle, market Rasen racecourse, antique shops, beautiful walks along some stunning beaches, are all very accessible from our property. We have Super quiet country roads, rolling Hills lots of wildlife still enjoying the countryside. . It’s a beautiful part of the country.
