The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is one double bedroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking and a private enclosed garden. Within 3 miles you will find a shop and 1.5 miles a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Little Lodge is the perfect setting for a romantic countryside retreat.

East Sussex's Rother district is home to Broad Oak, a small village situated between Hastings and Ashford. For ramblers seeking leisurely strolls through wildflowers, long grasses, and lush greenery, Broad Oak Park in the rural village is a popular destination. The Three Legs Brewing Company, which brews beers, explains the process, and offers tastings and cheese platters, is also located in the area. Convenience stores and a dog-friendly village pub are also located in the village, making it an ideal location for a night out with your pet. In the nearby seaside town of Hastings, which is famous for the 1066 battle and the Norman ruins of Hastings Castle, you can take in the English Channel views from the ruins of Hastings Castle, just a short drive from Broad Oak.
