One of three well appointed holiday apartments, set in a large private residence with their own off-road parking. All three apartments have stunning views across the Bristol Channel towards Wales, and overlook Ilfracombe’s town and beauty spots. Approximately 500 yards to the main shopping centre and a few minutes walk to the Seafront and beaches, the location is perfect for couples or small families looking for an economic base in which to enjoy all that this fabulous part of North Devon has to offer. In addition to the town's attractions, the beautiful surf washed sands of Woolacombe Bay are just a short drive away and Exmoor National Park is within easy reach. The Lookout – Second Floor, two bed apartment sleeping 4 Accessed via 30 carpeted stairs from main entrance. Then further 7 steps into apartment Hallway: with coat hooks Open plan living/kitchenette area: Cosy top floor apartment, with two 2 seater sofas and pine table and chairs, port-hole style window, TV/DVD player with freeview and electric fire. Kitchenette: White kitchen units, with free standing Tricity Bendix electric oven with extractor, fridge with ice box and microwave Bedroom 1: Double, built in wardrobe, and lovely sea views over Capstone Hill. Bedroom 2: Twin with bedside tables and wardrobe. Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, heated towel rail, WC and handbasin Parking: Private parking available for 1 car Pets: No Pets Power & Heat: Night storage heating throughout, Electricity included in Rent. Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). Shop: 0.2 miles Pub: 0.2 miles Notes – Highchair and travel cot provided. No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Iron and Ironing board provided.
We enjoy spending time with our three children, exploring the beautiful coastline around Ilfracombe. Norwood holiday apartments has been family run for over 50 years.
