Welcome to The Marlborough by M-GroupSA, set in the heart of Brynmill in Swansea this spacious and stylish house is perfectly located for trips to the seaside, working in the area or planning a trip to see a gig in Swansea Arena. Located close to the popular Victorian Brynmill Park, which leads into Singleton Park and then on to the Seafront. Only 5 minutes away from popular Uplands and 10 minutes by car to the town centre. It really is the ideal space.

Located in the quiet area of Brynmill, there is a small amount of local shops in close by Uplands or less than 10 minutes away is a Tesco Superstore Located on one of the main bus routes there is a bus every 20 minutes, The house is a 20 minute drive from the Train Station and if driving a car most areas of Swansea are accessible within 20-25 minutes. Parking is on-street only. Please note the street can be busy during school times as there is a primary school very close by.
