The Nicholson is a beautifully newly renovated, self catering, accommodation. This is located in a quiet residential area a short walk from Beverley town centre, and a short drive to beaches and Beverley Racecourse. This three bedroom semi detached house is modern and tastefully decorated and offers full kitchen facilities and one bathroom, two toilets. Laundry facilities are also available in the house. Guest access Full use of the entire house. Private parking for two vehicles on the driveway.
Welcome to our lovely accommodation that features everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property includes three beautiful bedrooms, including the 2 large double bedrooms, and a third bedroom with a single bed, all decorated to a high standard. The luxury family bathroom offers all the necessary amenities for your convenience. The living area is spacious and beautifully furnished, including a cozy living room, a comfortable dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that comes with a fridge, oven, hob, kettle,microwave oven and toaster. You will find ample cupboard space, and all cookware and crockery are provided for your use. The dining area features a table and chairs to comfortably seat four people as well as a double sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a 43" smart TV with access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, and other catch up services. Please note that a subscription is needed to access some of these services. Our house also includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as a vacuum cleaner and mop.
Beautiful, renovated House with secure on site parking for 2 cars. Centrally located; a 10 minute walk to the historic centre offering bars, restaurants, shops, etc. and to Flemingate shopping area, the historic Beverley Minster, and Beverley's Westwood Common & Racecourse. 10 minute walk to train and bus stations, and a short drive to Hull, York and the coast
