Excellent location with wonderful views. Easy to access and very spacious. Well equipped kitchen, separate dining room. Two WCs; bathroom spacious with bath and shower cubicle. Comfortable sitting room with log fire. Logstore code easy to use. Caretaker was very helpful.

Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With twin beds and single pull-out bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements). Bathroom: With shower over bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for open fire provided. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. With views to the sea and salt-marshes from its first floor, this is a house of character and elegance, standing in its own private lawned garden and close to the centre of little Cley and its beach. A spacious, self-contained wing of imposing Cley Hall (built in 1770), it is well furnished and equipped with an attractive living room with an open fire and a large fitted kitchen overlooking the garden. There is excellent sailing, fishing and bird-watching on the nature reserve immediately available. Golf, swimming-pool and beach at Sheringham (5 miles). Restaurant/pub nearby. Shop 1/3 mile.
