The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a single bedroom, along with a bathroom, Outside, there is a small roof terrace and a front patio area with seating. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies no smoking. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. There is a highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. The Old Dairy House makes a beautiful base for a getaway to Derbyshire.

Ashbourne, at the southern end of the Peak District, is an English market town featuring a market place, an odd street pattern, small cobbled alleys, coaching inns, and almshouses. The town was a fashionable social centre in the 18th century, and many Georgian structures remain. Today, the town offers many restaurants, inns, and antique shops, but don't anticipate a deal. Dove and Manifold Valleys are nearby, while Alton Towers is a short drive away.
