The Old Town of Hastings taking centre stage through it's quirky charm & Historic feel. Whilst St Leonards offers a developing sophisticated outlook with plenty of fantastic restaurants. I am more than happy to give you tips and point you in the direction of great places to eat, take a scenic walk or just explore 1066 country to make your holiday more special.

Property info

Set over two floors, the apartment is entered through a private carpark (one space dedicated for this apartment) to a small gated courtyard, a set of external iron stairs leads to a raised platform and access to the front door. You enter into a kitchen/dining area, plenty of cooking space within the fully equipped kitchen. Space for 4 to dine at the table. on the same floor as the kitchen is the large king sized bedroom, this room has two windows offerings plenty of morning sunlight, views from the bed up to the East Hill of Hastings. King size bed, wardrobe and drawers, two bedside cabinets, mirrors and a T.V. The luxurious family bathroom has full length deep bath tub, large rain shower, and colourful tiles. leading up the internal painted stairwell with quirky driftwood hand banisters and striking Art work. To the left is the top double bedroom, with a large single glazed sash window looking out over the East Hill, double bed, wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables, and a connected W.C. Neighborhood info

Being one of the main residential Streets in the Old Town, the High Street is a fantastic location, one way Road and a plethora of interesting buildings to look at. There's great pubs nearby, it's pretty quite, but great for a drink and offers amazing food. The house is accessed via a side street however, everything is within walking distance, so no need to drive whilst you're here. The Old Town is reasonably flat and has access to all parts of the town, including the sea front
