Tiger House is a stunning modern home in a unique, tranquil riverside location. A unique Eco Friendly property, showcasing modern urban living, combining the tranquillity of riverside living with easy access to the town centre to enjoy many bars, restaurants and leisure facilities. Durham University's - Queen's Campus Stockton, is a short walk across the Infinity Bridge. Enjoy spectacular vistas of the river and countryside beyond. Every room has a view! The large open plan living area is perfect for relaxing, complete with Virgin Cable TV/Media. The kitchen is fully equipped and complete with a coffee maker and facilities you would expect, a home away from home. There is a separate downstairs utility/ WC cloakroom for your convenience. Tiger House has an elegant and sophisticated interior, which comfortably sleeps 6 guests in total across 3 spacious bedrooms (2 en-suite bedrooms and a twin bedroom), with a separate family bathroom. The crisp white linen makes for a perfect nights sleep. There is a separate dedicated office/study room which has super fast wi-fi, ideal as a work space/quiet time, with a beautiful calming view of the river.
