A third floor, two bedroom apartment conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes` walk from the Quay and all its activities. Contemporary apartment with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a large flatscreen LED TV with DVD player, sound bar, DAB radio and Broadband facility. Fully fitted kitchen area includes electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan. Also, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There are two bedrooms - a Kingsize double bedroom and a further kingside double bedroom (zip and link bed) that can be configured with twin beds (2x 2ft 6ins singles). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Parking - Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent multi-storey car park. Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers. Technology - Flat screen TV, DVD player. Sound Bar, DAB Radio and WIFI. Kitchen - Dishwasher, Oven and Hob, Extractor, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Drying Machine.

Our harbour is the second biggest natural harbour in the World, after Sydney, and whether you are by it, on it, or in it, it’s a stunning sight! Poole is also a great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbecks to the East, and Britain’s newest National Park, the New Forest, to the East. Poole is the place to come for outdoor activity. We have wind-surfing schools, kite-surfing, kayaking tours, fishing excursions, Brownsea Island, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe – all on our doorstep! And for those who fancy stretching their legs with a post-lunch stroll try the South-West Coastal Path, which starts right here! For the adults, the Georgian Old Town and Quay offer a great variety of food and drink, with excellent bars and restaurants offering a huge choice of cuisine.

The fine print
Must-know information for guests at this property

Facade and internal building works are currently being undertaken to this residential block and scaffold will be erected in October 2022 which will block any view from the property. The works are carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday until April 2023.

PLEASE NOTE – Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding wrapped in protective sheeting that blocks the view is still erected with materials, workmen and the site office on site. Juliette balconies cannot be opened during this time but windows can be. External works are due to be completed at the end of June. Works to the internal communal hallways are due to be completed in August. Price reductions of 20% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of June.

Building works at Orchard Plaza – There are some communal hall works presently underway through the block where there may occasionally be localized noise during working hours. The work is due to be completed by October 2023.
