But you’ll be able to walk to plenty of destinations in the local vicinity, take a bus, or even order a Taxi if required. Ipswich train station isn’t far either, and it’s from here that you can visit destinations like London, Cambridge, Clacton or Felixstowe.

Literally st the ground floor you have Bloom Lounge Restaurant if you fancy a cocktail or something to eat, Go East Ipswich, a well-stocked Chinese Supermarket if you want some not-so-easy-to-find supplies. Miss Quirky Kicks where you will find loads of cool feng shui items. At 2 minute's walk it's a Sainsbury & Argos, across which is a pizzeria FireAway and the list could go on. The cinema is a 5-minute walk. At only a 5-minute walk it's the peaceful Christchurch Park and in the opposite direction, you find the lovely Ipswich Waterfront which can wash away any worry.
