The apartment is a converted garage (hence the names, Tractor and Lawnmower Shed!), but please do not let that put you off as the character and charm of these unique apartments have been finished with high quality. The price does not reflect the quality that has gone into these apartments. A very high spec kitchen, bathroom, beds/bedding, towels, carpets, etc all reflect house/hotel quality. We believe you will love the apartment and be happy with your stay! We as Owners go out of way to help with any requests, etc. We only live 4 miles away and will deal with any queries at the drop of a hat! We own many rental, fishing holiday parks, houses, bungalows, carparks, cottages, caravans, in and around Boston Lincolnshire. So, if you have more guests wanting to stay as a group or business, we can look at catering for any of your requirements. Many thanks for reading!

Budget at it's best! Clean, comfy, warm, Netflix, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly, free parking, brand new (2024), luxury bedding and towels, remote but only a few mins into Boston Town Center and around 12 miles to Skegness. Loads to do in all directions from the property. Long or short stays allowed. Lots of agricultural fields for miles, a long track to take the dogs for a walk, or just walking. Garage and shops close by. Only around 5 miles to the Coast line which has many Nature Reserves RSPB sites, etc. Boston Market is every Wednesday and Saturday. Massive Stickney Carboot sale on every Saturday in season. The annual Carrington Rally for Steam and Heritage enthusiast. East Kirkby Aviation Center (Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Center) to see The Spitfires and Lancaster Bomber taxi runs. Lincolnshire Wildlife Park. These are just some of the wonderful places to visit that are all under around 10 miles away. Boston in Lincolnshire has some wonderful Historic buildings, museums and houses where you can visit and many tea-rooms. There are a mixture of restaurants with varied cuisine available to dine-in or take-away, or why not get them delivered righ...

There are numerous places to visit in all directions. Great for couples, great for Contractors, pet owners, anyone wanting a clean and comfortable stay. Parking is right next to the property. The property is situated down a dead end track which is ideal for long walks with countryside views. Near Pilgrim Hospital.
