This beautiful four bedroom property is located in the picturesque seaside town of Weymouth, offering breathtaking views over a stunning nature reserve , with its spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings and modern amenities, this property provides the perfect home away from home for families and friends, take in the sea air from the spacious garden patio area or admire the view from the many windows, the property is a short walk from the beach and charming shops.
I am available most days from 8am -5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm Out of these hours for emergency's only
The house is situated in a very quiet residential area with no through traffic. However it is only a five minute drive into the town of Weymouth with its award winning beach and picturesque harbour. Lodmoor where the house sits is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), RSPB reserve and country park . The country park features a visitor centre, model railway and pitch and putt golf course. The SSSI has a wetland habitat with native birds that are rare in the UK and a range of migratory species. Weymouth Beach and Harbour can be reached by walking or 5 mins by car. There are also regular bus stops along the main road which will take you either ( depending on which side of the road) to Weymouth beachfront or in the opposite direction to the historic market town of Dorchester ( 8 miles ) Nearest train stations : Weymouth, Dorchester South, Dorchester West
