Twitter Barn was simply fantastic! It’s so thoughtfully built - stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities you’ll need. We had a wonderful 3-night stay, and enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings as well as a couple of lovely nights at the bbq/fire pit. Louise is truly an amazing host!

Twitter Barn was an old thrashing barn that has recently been converted into a boutique luxury holiday let for 4 people. A Continental King size bed has the finest quality luxury linen cotton sheets, The twin Beds in bedroom two has the same quality cotton bed sheets. (Upon request in bedroom two the Zip & Link bed can be made up into a Super King) En-suite shower rooms to each bedroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and cotton towels are provided. Each bedroom has bedside lighting, TV, dressing table, hairdryer, hanging and shelf storage. Fully equipped kitchen, with a large island & bar stools makes for a great social dining area with seating for four, an American style fridge freezer with water & and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and a warming draw, washing Machine, along with a full range of cooking items, crockery, glasses etc ironing board and iron, and a large cupboard area for storing shoes boots etc. Open plan living with large glass doors 2x sofas, 55”inch TV, cosy gas log burning stove. The barn benefits from a HRVS which filters fresh warm air into the building along with a water softener.
My husband and I live and work on the farm. We enjoy travelling, exploring new places and meeting new people and introducing them to the Lincolnshire area. When staying at Twitter Barn, you will have total privacy but we are not far away if you need any help. Please be aware we are working farm yard so there may be some agricultural noise. N.B we do not allow children under 12 or dogs on the property. If you're celebrating an event and would like to make it an extra special occasion I can arrange chocolate champagne, flowers, cake, beer or wine on your arrival. (contact me for details)
Situated on the outskirts of the village of Kirton, Lincolnshire, South of Boston (where 400 years ago the Pilgrim Fathers set off from.) Twitter Barn is conveniently located to provide an excellent base to relax and explore. Its within walking distance to the village pub, shops, amenities & the beautiful open countryside. Whatever your interests are there is plenty to see and do, ideally situated for visiting the RSPB at Frampton, and Frieston Shore, the famous church called “Boston Stump” or the Maud Foster Windmill, you could go and have a guided tour at Batemans Brewery with tastings in Wainfleet. Its only 40 mins drive to the historic town of Stamford where you can visit Burghley House or the Horse Trials. Drive 45 mins North and visit the beautiful City of Lincoln to see the stone Cathedral, or Magna Carta by King John next to the Castle. Its only 50 mins drive to have a day at the beach or you can just bike or walk in the beautiful countryside. You can park outside Twitter Barn to unpack your vehicle with ample off road parking. Outside there is an under covered area with patio furniture, a garden with a BBQ and fire pit for socialising on warmer days or evenings.
