A clean and comfortable dining room.
The quality of the food was excellent.
Ideally located. A short walk to the beach or town areas.

Great location. Good that the dog could stay with us. Great parking....able to park from early on first day, before checking in, and able to stay in car park after checking out on last day.
Didn't eat or drink there, so unable to comment on that. Nice to have a bath in the en suite, but that made the shower more awkward, so plus and minus for that. Room service every day is good.

Lovely, well equipped, clean, compact but very comfortable studio apartment, which met all our needs for a 3 day stay in Exmouth. Kara was very personable and welcoming. We particularly appreciated her allowing us to store our bikes in her secure garage as one of our main reasons for staying in Exmouth was to cycle the Exe Estuary trail. Good location with a steady 15-20 minute walk to the town centre and/or sea front.

I used to live here so very happy to return for a more lane visit. It is an ideal place for families with good safe beaches, good travel facilities for access to other areas of Devon by bus or train, especially to Exeter’s excellent shopping. Not the most interesting of towns but good middle of the road unpretentious place to visit & enjoy.

Exmouth itself is an attractive holiday resort for all the family. Superb sandy beach with many facilities, wide range of hotels and restaurants, railway and buses. Many restaurants serve a wide variety of fish menus. One is able to walk and walk and enjoy the variety of houses, streets, special buildings, the market and the coffee/snack outlets. An extremely satisfactory area for all ages, albeit rather steep roads if one walks from the sea front upwards.

Excellent beach facilities especially out of season if you have a dog. Plenty of good restaurants. People seem very friendly. A fantastic park run along the seafront on Saturday mornings.
A really nice vibe to the town.
Stylish, comfortable, modern, fully furnished and with a fully-fitted kitchen. It's an almost new flat right in the centre of Exmouth with a secure entrance. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner or hosts, and inside the flat they had thought of everything. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the mod cons, comforts and sparkling cleanliness on arrival. A fantastic place to stay.
The location is excellent, with Sea views and great access to the sea front and town. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming and the Breakfast was superb. The hotel is very clean. And well looked after.
The most important thing was that the hotel is dog friendly and everyone was so welcoming or our beautiful little Chihuahua. (Other dogs and breeds are also welcomed 😊)
If you are visiting Exmouth this hotel is in the perfect location.
Location was fab and hotel was lovely with a good history which I like. Central and quiet location. Breakfast lovely and a lot of choice. Special shout out to lovely Receptionist Rhea who couldn’t do enough for us and did it all with a cheery smile. I also requested an early check in due to having to leave our other accommodation and she arranged it and called me to tell me the good news which I was so happy about
Absolutely wonderful two nights in this lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional, especially the older guy on reception, when we first arrived, who was very helpful and very funny too. The room was massive, bed was so comfortable, shower heavenly, gorgeous view of the sea front and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Perfect location as Exmouth is a vibrant place to be. Thanks xxx
Arguably Exmouth's oldest hotel. The composer Franz Liszt was a guest there. Splendidly located high up on the Beacon. Tastefully modernised throughout, large elegant breakfast room served a good breakfast, My room was spacious with a view through trees towards the coast. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom which looked recently installed
The hotel has an 80s style to it but is very clean and tidy. The rooms look out to the beach and with the well looked after gardens you could easily mistake that you were in a different country. The staff were exceptionally happy to talk and try to accommodate and help in any way they could. Loved the place and will hopefully return.
The location of the Ashton Court Hotel is excellent for both the beach and town centre of Exmouth being just a short stroll to both. Our room and ensuite was very clean and the breakfast was good so all in all good value for money. All of the staff that we met were all friendly and professional.
The staff were exceptional, so warm and welcoming and we were upgraded for free as it was my birthday. That was such a lovely touch. Hotel was stunning and also views would have been if it were not for the rain and we arrived when it was dark. Hope to stay longer next time to explore properly.
This was ideally located for what I needed as I was needing to stay in central Exmouth to attend a funeral and visit family. I was travelling by myself so although it’s a completely separate private annex, it was ideal that the owners were just next door if I needed them.
It's a very nice place to stay. Convenient to town and the beach. Very clean and quiet. The bar is a beautiful relaxing place to have a night cap before heading to bed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel was very welcoming. The staff were both pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable, with a great view of the sea. Breakfast was brilliant. We are vegetarians and the meal was brilliant.
We would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is very well situated on the Exmouth promenade. The rooms were spacious and we were offered free parking. English breakfast in the morning was per expectations although the service could have been faster.
Hotel was very clean and the grounds are kept excellent, lovely friendly staff, room was nice ,sea view breakfast was very good, leisure facilities were good ideal location for Exmouth value for money
It was lovely that there was tea and coffee and milk provided, plenty of towels too and washing tablets. The area was beautiful, canonteign falls, clovelly and exmouth beach are a must.
