Super tidy property, comfy/cozy rooms, all mod cons, very convenient location for access to city centre and trains, Faulkner Street had everything one could need including very good pubs, convenience stores, bakery, etc. Nicely updated amenities in kitchen and bathroom (lovely shower), loved the W/C fixture, made it a true 1 and 1/2 bath. Very comfortable bed, easy-to-use heating controls (it was uncharacteristically cold during our visit for the time of year). Very, very pleased with this would definitely stay there again visiting Chester

The property is circa. 7-10 minute walk to Chester train station, 15-20 minute walk to Chester city centre and 5 minute walk to the main high street in Hoole. Chester Zoo and The Countess hospital are within a 15 minute drive. There is no allocated parking space directly outside the property, however the road the property is on has free, unreserved parking, and so do the roads parallel/adjacent to the property. It is recommended to minimise the number of cars you collectively travel in, otherwise you may not be able to find a space if travelling in lots of cars. You will have the whole property during your stay; it is spacious and homely, with everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable and all-round lovely stay
Hoole has a selection of independent boutiques, cafes and delicatessens selling locally sourced produce. There is also a park nearby and it's a great base for exploring surrounding areas. Chester train staton and Chester city centre are within walking distance.
