Cosy inside, thick carpet in bedrooms, large dining table to work at, close to Barnstaple. There was a problem with the bathroom light which was fixed quickly.

Westeria Cottage is part of the TJS Property Group. It is an ideal property for families or friends looking for style, comfort and fun any time of the year. The cottage is close to Fremington Quay and the Tarka Trail which is ideal for keen walkers and cyclists, as well as providing an excellent location to explore the year-round activities which North Devon has to offer. Great places to eat and shop are located around Barnstaple town and Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island. For those who want to try their hand at surfing, the popular beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are just a short drive away. Westeria Cottage is a lovely North Devon property and we look forward to hosting you in the near future.

Property info

Westeria Cottage is an appealing mid terrace property which sits on the Bickington Road close to the centre of Barnstaple town. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. Entering the cottage, you are greeted by a conservatory which provides a space for shoes and boots and to also hang coats. This leads into the lounge, with original features and modern furnished comfy sofas focused on the Smart TV with free view. Through the lounge is a spacious kitchen/diner. It has a well-equipped contemporary kitchen that has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dine in comfort and style with ample seating for six people. French doors lead out from the kitchen onto an enclosed patio area with garden furniture to seat four and a BBQ to enjoy during the summer months. Heading up to the first floor there are two bedrooms and the family bathroom which has a P shaped bath with over-head shower and WC. The two bedrooms on this first floor consist of a double and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Outside the property is unrestricted roadside parking on the Bickington Road. There is also a car park ...
