We look forward to welcoming you to Whisky Cottage - named after the now closed Millburn Distillery, the chimney of which is clearly visible from Whisky Cottage. Whisky Cottage is a charming detached three bedroom home, very conveniently located near the centre of Inverness. 3 separate bedrooms (2 en-suite), a well equipped kitchen, dining-room, lounge, family bathroom and conservatory await you at our cosy cottage. Free Wifi is available. There is an enclosed garden and free private off road parking. The location of the cottage is perfect. The town centre and the supermarkets are only 10 minutes walk away and a 3 minute walk will take you to the local pub. There is so much to do in Inverness and the environs from wild dolphin watching from the shore at Chanonry point to Whisky tasting at the many local distilleries. There are many fabulous restaurants and interesting pubs all within easy walking distance from the cottage.
Hi, my name is Noeli and I live in Inverness with my husband Ben and my three children and much adored grandchild. We have lived in inverness for the last 17 years and love it here. There is so much to do here locally from beautiful nature walks to admire our fantastic scenery to theatre visits and all right on our doorstep. I am from Ireland originally and Ben is from Lancashire. As a host I am helpful, friendly and respond very quickly to requests!
Whisky Cottage is located in the Crown area of Inverness which is a nice residential area. The centre of the area (10 minutes walk away) has 2 thriving and popular pubs which serve good food. There is a Church, Chemist Post Office, Deli and Doctors surgery. If you don't fancy the 10 minute walk to Crown centre, there is a lovely pub on the doorstep just 3 minutes walk away! Town centre (full of excellent pubs, restaurants and Eden Court Theatre), the Eastgate shopping centre, Morrison's and Marks and Spencer's supermarkets and the Bus and Train Stations are just a short walk of 10 - 15 minutes away.
