Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV, DVD Player Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV, DVD Player Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with terrace (shared with owner). Sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. This delightful holiday cottage, converted from an old steading, offers tremendous views from the sheltered sun deck towards the Ochil Hills. Within the owner’s lovely grounds, the cottage is peaceful and welcoming, smart and stylish. A superb touring base set within wonderful scenery, it is only a ½ hour to Edinburgh and Perth and just a little further to Glasgow. There is excellent walking on the doorstep, wonderful golf courses (St Andrews, Gleneagles), and very good pubs and restaurants nearby. Take a walk round Loch Leven to Vane Farm (RSPB reserve) or a boat trip to see where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 7 miles. Free WiFi
