What makes this place unique? - Corner plot detached house for the additional privacy, - Fancy a morning walk or run? Side gate leads to the open countryside, - Enjoy a coffee and relaxing read in the conservatory, - Great location to Luton Airport (5 mins away), Luton Town Centre (8 mins) and excellent location if you wish to commute to London (25 mins train).
The calm and green area is just 5 minutes from the London Luton Airport. A great localisation provides you with the variety of Luton offers - the walking distance to the bus stop or supermarket and fast access to London – whether it is the train station or M1. You will be close to the lively town centre, shopping mall, pubs, parks and amazing restaurants with diverse cuisine. The property is located close to the London Luton Airport (5 mins) LTN, M1 (10 minutes) and train station (6 minutes). From the train station, you can get a direct train to numerous cities and London (23 mins – the fastest train). Also, Luton Interchange provides you with bus connections to neighboring towns such as Stevenage, Hitchin or Dunstable, but also to Luton&Dunstable hospital.
