Serviced Living Liverpool are a serviced accommodation provider operating across the Liverpool area. We are a family-run business consisting of three brothers, born, raised and residing in Liverpool. We have been operating in the hospitality industry for over 5 years and have built up a large portfolio of serviced accommodation properties. We are passionate about providing high-quality accommodation, combined with exceptional customer service, across our fabulous city. Our portfolio currently consists of over 50 properties, made up of a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses. The properties are based in 13 locations, including Bold Street, Moorfields, Tobacco Wharf, The Docklands, several in The Baltic Triangle Area and we also have a several on the outskirts of the city centre. We specialise in working with large contractors and local businesses, providing affordable accommodation for their employees and business partners when they are visiting or working in the local area.

The Windham is an attractive, 9-bedroom victorian property, facing the Bootle Oriel train station in Liverpool. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen-diner, with two ovens and 8 hobs, meaning there is plenty of cooking equipment to feed 20 guests. A large Smeg fridge provides plenty of cold storage and for those staying a little longer, the dishwasher and washing machines will come in handy. Long bench seating is the focal point of the kitchen, and additional seating can be found in the television room and the large open hallway. Three bedrooms, which share the two shower rooms can also be found on the first floor. The large staircase leads up to the second floor, where you will find 6 en-suite bedrooms, each sleeping between two and three guests.

Neighborhood info

The Windham is approximately a 10 minute drive from the city centre, and for those travelling by public transport, there are regular trains running between the city centre and Southport between 6am and 11.30pm. The Windham is ideally located for contractors working in the docks and the surrounding areas.
