This is a recently completely renovated three bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac with private off street parking for two cars. Very close to Nottingham City Centre as well as both the City and the QMC hospitals and including both Nottingham Trent and Nottingham University. A couple of minutes drive from a huge range of shops and popular eateries just outside the city centre or a five minute drive to being in the heart of Nottingham with all the shops and bars.
Have been running holiday let’s since 2015, an Airbnb superhost and here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Quiet little cul-de-sac alongside the River Leen. Very easily accessible with parking for two cars on the drive and free additional road side parking for plenty of cars.
