Property info

Beautiful and modern maisonette with sea view located in a very popular Agia Marina tourist resort on the island of Crete. Two floor apartment consists of a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. Double bedroom and another walk through single-double bedroom located on the first floor. Both floors has large balconies. The two kilometre stretch of fine sand Blue Flag awarded beach and shallow waters makes it ideal for families and friends. The beach is only 6min walk from the apartment. And only 4min walk to the main street full of bars, restaurants, shops and various attractions. In the morning you will be able to greet the sun with a cup of coffee, fill yourself with endless energy for all day and also spend romantic sunset evenings just relaxing in the balcony!

The traditional village of Agia Marina is located a short 500 metres from the very beautiful beach. Discover the soul of Crete in this authentic village, wander around the narrow streets and admire the old houses completed in traditional Cretan architecture. Here you will find the old school, a typical village square which is the heart and soul of this place, the church dedicated to St. Spyridon, a Folklore museum among several local taverns where you can savor traditional Cretan dishes. Agia Marina is situated 10 kilometres west of Chania town.
