TheHotelgr Crete was founded on 2004 as a small software company, that very soon realized the need to promote Crete in the world and "to connect" the guests with Cretans under all types of hospitality (accommodation, experiences, taste of real Crete). TheHotelgr Travel Agency was created by Emmanuel Solidakis with the help of his brother, Yannis Solidakis. Our team has almost 20 years of experience in incoming tourism in Villas, luxury Apartments and hotels in Crete. We are specialized in offering concierge, personalized services to all our guests. We help our guests have lovely memories and enjoy some of the best experiences of Crete. During the last years we manage exclusively a few Villas and Apartments, and we help our guests to enjoy really special holidays as well as the owners to offer top hospitality and get a good income. TheHotelgr is registered in the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT) and our office is located on 4th floor, at 41-43 Skalidi street in Chania town (next to Zara).

The charming old town of Chania is situated 11 km away. Epavlis Akrotiri offers a spacious and sophisticated open plan area on the pool floor, featuring a large living room area, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. Additionally, two generously sized bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and accompanied by an en-suite bathroom, are also available on the pool floor. On the middle floor of the Villa, you will find one tastefully decorated bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, another bedroom with two single beds, a balcony offering picturesque sea views, and an additional shower bathroom are provided. The top floor boasts the most enchanting bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, a sofa, an armchair, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony that offers stunning sea views. A wonderful private pool, measuring 130 sqm, is at your disposal, complete with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for your relaxation. The main pool is approximately 110 sqm and it has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. Additionally, there is a children's pool, covering about 20 sqm, with a depth of up to 45 centimeters, providing a safe and enjoyable space for younger guests. We are delighted to share that a petite private chapel is situated within the grounds of Epavlis Akrotiri. We are more than willing to assist you in arranging a small wedding ceremony in this intimate setting, as well as coordinating a celebratory wedding party. Epavlis Akrotiri is located in a peaceful location with other houses around. It is located in the peaceful area of Akrotiri, a 5-minute drive from the lovely sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki, and even nearer to a supermarket and a few shops. The picturesque old town of Chania is 11 km away. A supermarket, a bakery and a few smaller taverns can be found at about 3 km away.
