Enjoying a large plot of land full of beautiful trees, Villa Eris is located just outside the charming village of Prines. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Villa Eris is a great base for a family or friends. An open plan layout offers comfortable and practical living, all in a simple contemporary design. Boasting ping pong, football nets, basketball hoop, tree swing and swimming pool, this villa is calling for you to have a great time. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 1,50 euros per night from March to October and 0,50 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Prines is just a short drive from Rethymno town with its beautiful Turkish and Venetian architecture. With a plethora of tavernas and fine dining restaurants, boutiques, cafes, fortress, museums and art culture, Rethymno is not to be missed. As the sun sets over Rethymno town, the atmosphere changes under the twinkling night sky.
