The room is incredibly well decorated in a minimalist style and was spotlessly clean. Although it might be quite small, they made use of every corner, so it doesn’t feel cramped. The shower has great pressure and the views of the city were breathtaking. It is just a 5-minute walk far from the ferry station and close to Wan Chai subway station as well. We stayed at the hotel for a special occasion (wedding anniversary) and the guys from the reception desk were out of this world. Shoutout to Chilly for making this a very pleasant stay.

Very happy with our stay at AKI MGallery — great location with many F&B options around the area, and it is also within walking distance to Wan Chai station, Causeway Bay and Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Gym experience was pleasant and the top floor bar, Uncle Ming's, served up some decent cocktails. The room was tastefully furnished and didn't feel cramped for 2. Bed, pillows and duvet were comfortable — we slept well during our stay and didn't encounter any noise disturbance. Special mention to the front desk staff, Nicole and Paul, for being very helpful and patient with my digital Octopus card issue. They reached out to the relevant operator on my behalf and I was able to know what to expect in terms of refund after the glitch has been rectified. Excellent customer service rendered.

Almost everything was perfect. The interior design was immaculate and made for a comfortable and cozy stay. Feels like a retreat in the middle of bustling Wan Chai. Easily accessible from Exhibition Centre Station via pedestrian bridges and elevated walkways.
