It is a family-running property. We're based on the ground floor while apartments are based on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mum (Suada) doesn't speak English, but all of three kids (Ines, Jasmina, and Luka) are fluent in English. Conversation via booking is in English.

Property info

This is in a family house located close to the city center and beach in a calm setting in the town of Stari Grad. The house has 4 apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance so full privacy is guaranteed. Free private parking space is guaranteed for each apartment. The two-bedroom apartment is cca. 100 m2 (including terrace), it is located on the 3rd floor of the house. It contains a kitchen which is connected with a dining room, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large terrace. One bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It contains a kitchen, private balcony, private bathroom, and room with a king-size bed. There are also 2 rooms with king-size beds, private bathrooms, and private balconies.

Neighborhood info

Calm neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and to the nearest beach. Stari Grad is a small town where everything is reachable by foot.
