Swimming is LITERALLY on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We are offering private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in price. Completely new renovated apartment Lucija in House Tereza consists of one bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), kitchen with living room and bathroom with walk in shower. There are 2 air conditioning in the unit. Apartment is on the 1st floor which means there are stairs in the house to climb up the 1st floor. There is no oven and washing machine in the unit. We provide bed linen and bath towels, but don't provide beach towels. Private parking is just in front of the apartment. Terrace is located on the ground floor and it is shared with other guests from the house as well as waterfront with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have sups for hire, and boat trips to the islands.
