Im a 38 years old lawyer, previously i was a professional football player ( Once i played in the Hungarian National team ) I've been working as a real estate manager for 10 years, including building refurbishments , property management (mostly as a property owner) that's why one of my most important goal is to ensure the the highest quality to my guests.

Property info

Our Apartment is brand new. At the planning phase our first goal was to serve our guest on a highest level of comfortable. We wanted to achieve this luxury feeling by providing 3 bathrooms for our 3 bedrooms as well. Our concept was to have a spacious living room which a perfect place for common discussions. Every bedrooms has air conditioner, and smart tv. The apartment has big balconies with great panoramic view to Király street and to the city, which give the guests a perfect place to have a steaming coffee in the morning. VERY IMPORTANT: our apartment is not possible to take party or listen to loud music. We have agreement with our neighbors if our guest take party or listen loud music and drink a lots of alcohol and they don't keep the house rule we have to switch the electry in the apartment. We offer our apartment to families or friends who come to visit Budapest and they want to be in a new luxury apartment in the middle of the centrum and they want to relax. Under our building there is a big supermarket (Spar).

Neighborhood info

Our apartment is in the middle of Budapest's middle center, not 5 minutes far, but immediately we step out the staircase we could enjoy the "upper middle class city center" feeling and at the same time it's very silent, so it offers a good option for the people who prefer relaxing. Also the St. Stephen's Basilica and the square is about 250 meters far with hundreds of Coffee shops and restaurants. The "Gozsdu udvar" is 150 meters from our apartment where are also many restaurants, pubs, cafe bars (Starbucks, Costa Caffe) Under our building there is a Spar supermarket and a bakery. The famous Andrassy street is about 100 meters far, where many luxury shops like Gucci, Ralph Lauren and many others. If you would like to spend some time in the nature, the Buda Castle is only 15 mins by walk there you can see a complete view about the whole city of Budapest, but my best is the Duna Corso sightseeing cruise on river Danube. The public transport is on a high level in this area, I honestly recommend you to try the traditional subway line called Small Subway - "Kisföldalatti" in Hungarian - to reach and see other monuments of the city, this tram stop is only 3 minute.
