A secluded sanctuary of unequivocal peace sits atop a low-lying cliff on the rugged edge of Nusa Lembongan. Casa del Mar, just a short stroll from Sandy Bay, boasts dramatic ocean views, backdropped by the Balinese mountains. Arriving at Casa del Mar, you are immediately transported to a place of calm. Surrounded by crystal clear blue water, this 3 bedroom open plan villa with a mezzanine boasts a private ocean-view pool along with an expansive living area framed by glass windows that accentuate the panoramic views to the ocean and beyond. There is a lot to love about Casa Del Mar from the splashes of colour in the soft furnishing pop against the backdrop of the white walls to the villa’s expansive windows that capture the essence of indoor-outdoor living. The villa is divided into two stories - the ground floor comprises an expansive open-plan living area with a low-lying U-shaped sofa, a dining area that comfortably seats 10 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities. The ground floor also houses the villa’s ensuite Master Bedroom, Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2. All are equipped with a king bed and their own terrace. The upstairs mezzanine provides an ensuite kid’s room with a separate living space and includes a cosy lounge suite, a TV, and 2 single beds that can be combined into a king. Outside, the exterior patio leads directly toward the stunning pool deck. Sun loungers and comfortable rattan furniture surround the 15 metre pool. Perched on a rocky outcrop, the villa provides breathtaking views of the ocean and dramatic coastline. A striking cliff-top bale sits adjacent to the pool and hosts 14 people at the outdoor dining table.
