The staff is very frendly. Our room was clean. Garden with a pool is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were very delicius. I reccommend this place if you want to experiece a balinese style accomodation.

The hotel was brand spanking new. Breakfast was really good and simple. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Especially Sri at the reception was very helpful. Location was great. A very short walk to a beautiful beache.

This was a great value hotel for 2 nights while we were visiting Nusa Dua. Not too far away from the beaches and Bali collection was a 20 minute walk or only a few minutes on a grab bike. Included breakfast was a bonus and had a great selection of choices for all tastes and cultures. Room was very clean and comfortable with a large bed and modern bathroom. Friendly staff at reception.

The hotel itself is beautiful – very peaceful and family-friendly, a place where you can really relax. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the food is excellent. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff – every single person who works there is kind and wonderful. There are a few small markets nearby where you can buy anything you need, and the hotel offers a shuttle to Bali Collection.

Location is perfect. The beach in front of the hotel is most clean and beautiful comparing to even neighbor hotels. Big open area mall Bali Collection is at walking distance, its useful if you plan a dinner outside of the hotel. Spa in the hotel is very very good! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Staff are friendly; resort is great; breakfast at Salsa Verde is super with great food and great view! Garden Cafe is also very nice. It is also very good to provide clean bottle water in the room every day. Bali collection shopping area is next to the hotel. It is convenient for shopping.

Outside the complex of Nusa Dua but close to Bali Collection by shuttle if desired. Right on the beach but the water is dirty - not the fault of the hotel - but the pool is quite adequate. The restaurant and the staff are excellent especially breakfast. Loved security helping you cross the very busy road in front of the hotel. A quiet oasis in the busy area of Nusa Dua.

The hotel was the best thing in our Bali trip. We enjoyed just relaxing by the pool, going for a swim or reading a book. The food was also very good. Nasi Goreng is my new favourite dish. The breakfast spread is amazing. The staff are always cheerful and very helpful. We went for a couple's massage, and the spa experience as also very relaxing. The Nusa Dua area around the hotel is serene. There's a "Bali Collection" shopping area a short walk away with some awesome restaurants.

The hotel is located in a secured area, 10 minutes walk from Bali Collection shopping/restaurants area. It is very convenient that the hotel has his own private beach area, with sunbeds and you don`t need to go outside to stay at the beach. They provide you every day 4 bottles of water in your room, and also dental kit, comb, conditioner, shampoo, shower gel and body cream. The main pool was clean, the kids ones looked kind of "green".
