Come stay at the newest luxury loft in Pererenan, where Mediterranean elegance meets tropical serenity. With warm, textured terracotta walls, arched shelving niches, and earthy tones, the loft brings a calming ambiance. Thoughtfully curated décor, including statues, ceramics, and tropical plants, complements the natural aesthetic, while features like the sunken seating area with soft green cushions and a cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offer a perfect balance of style and comfort. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the outdoor deck and private pool—the ultimate spot to cool off under Bali’s sun. An open kitchen adds convenience, making this loft a harmonious retreat for relaxation, productivity, and unforgettable gatherings. Other important information (to be aware of before booking): - Check in time from 2pm - 5pm, late check-in after 5 PM is available with key box - Check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. - There will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. - Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through WA from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate and chef service is not available. - For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - This villa is for 2 people. If you have more person, it would be charged USD 25/pax/night from 2 years old without extrabed. Maximum 1 extra person allowed.

**Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **Car parking is not available at the villa. There is only space for scooters.**
