Storm Darragh update: 10/12/24: Our fence has been blown down, and the garden is currently unsecurwd for pets/children. We will remove this update when this matter is resolved. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property, which is a 500m walk to town, 900m to beach, and local attractions. Downstairs consists of a warm and open sitting room with a stove and modern kitchen with a dining area for 6 people at the table. Sliding doors lead into a spacious and morning suntrapped garden. Upstairs is a bathroom, master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite, a spacious double room, and a bunk room with a pull out bed that can sleep 3.
This is a new listing on this site for Summer 2023 so I await reviews. I am available over the phone or email for any questions and happy to help with recommendations or advise if I can give any.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly and just on the outskirts of town. There is a large green at the front of the property. To access the local town I would walk if possible to avoid parking costs. Everything is within walking distance even after a long relaxing day at the beach, activity area, pub or local restaurant. To access some beaches or Sligo Town you will need a car. However, everything you need is on the doorstep.
