Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Large apartment located in the center of Sestri Levante a few minutes walk from the beaches, the first is about 200 METERS away, the historic center, the train station and all services. Its optimal position makes it the ideal accommodation for your holidays in Sestri and for visiting the nearby towns of Tigullio such as Portofino and Santa Margherita, or Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, about an hour away. Located on the third floor of four in a building with a lift, the apartment opens onto a corridor that leads to a bright living room where you will find two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a TV. Two French windows provide access respectively to a balcony overlooking the town of Sestri and one to a terrace equipped with awning, table and chairs, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and meals during the beautiful days. Next to the living room, in a separate room, you will find the kitchen, equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything you may need for meals during your stay. In the apartment you will also find two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, a wardrobe and access to the balcony of the living room and the second equipped with a bunk bed plus a single bed with a second extractable single, a large wardrobe, a sofa and a chest of drawers. There are therefore six total beds. The bathroom is complete with bathroom fixtures, shower, hairdryer and there is also a washing machine that you can use during your stay. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied for the number of people in the booking and are included in the price. The accommodation does NOT have wi-fi connection. The accommodation does NOT have private parking. Pets are allowed for a fee.

The apartment is located in a central location convenient to all services: only 500 meters from the train station, it is also ideal for those traveling by public transport. Also a few meters from the historic center, in the immediate vicinity there are all the shops and services that can be useful and pleasant during your stay. A walk of about five minutes will finally lead you to the beaches of Sestri Levante, including the splendid Baia del Silenzio. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a destination loved by athletes and lovers of nature and trekking: in fact, on the hills there is a dense network of paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach exceptional panoramic points of beauty.
