Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC representative well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have any requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 EURO/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared: 10 euros per night will be required for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Comfortable apartment with private garden located on the ground floor of a building in the center of Sestri Levante. Convenient to all services and just 10 minutes walk from the sea and the famous beach of the Baia del Silenzio. Ideal accommodation for visiting the Ligurian town and for reaching with short trips the other locations of the Gulf of Tigullio such as Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, or pearls such as Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's drive. Characterized by refined furnishings and a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, the apartment consists of a large living area with living room with sofa bed for two people, TV, dining table and open kitchen where you will be able to prepare and eat meals as if you were at home. The environment is fresh and bright also thanks to several French windows that provide access to the outside of the house. Being on the ground floor in fact, the apartment has a private garden where you can enjoy the splendid days of the Riviera, or a lunch or dinner on summer evenings, taking advantage of the outdoor table. Back inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe for your personal effects and finally a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine that can be used during your stay. If you're traveling with small children, you'll find a high chair and a cot. The heating for the winter months is instead centralized with radiators: the dates and times of switching on and off will therefore be decided by the administration of the building. The bed linen and towels are provided by us for the number of people in the reservation, and are included in the price. There is no private parking, but you can use public parking nearby. Animals are not allowed.

The house is located in the center but in a quiet and well-kept residential area, a few steps from the central caruggio of Sestri Levante, the street of the historic center that leads to the famous beach of the Baia del Silenzio. In fact, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach and have access to all the services of the center that you may need during your stay: bars, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia. Along the street there are public parking lots, some of which are free. The station is only 800 meters away and the apartment can therefore be easily reached on foot by those traveling by public transport. In the surroundings of Sestri Levante there are several activities and interesting places to explore: some of the most famous places on the Riviera are the Cinque Terre, five picturesque coastal villages famous for their breathtaking landscapes, panoramic paths and fascinating beaches, reachable in about an hour's drive or even less using the trains that leave from the Sestri Levante station. Two other popular destinations around Sestri Levante are Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, with its picturesque harbor, elegant boutiques, high-end restaurants and hidden coves. The Portofino Regional Park, the protected nature reserve that surrounds the town, offers beautiful coastal scenery, hiking trails and unique flora and fauna. The hills around Sestri and the Ligurian hinterland towards Varese also offer a dense network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. As a coastal resort, Sestri also offers a variety of water activities: you can go swimming, snorkelling or scuba diving in the crystal-clear waters, rent a boat and take trips along the coast to explore sea caves and secluded bays. The city of Genoa is also easily accessible from Sestri Levante.
