He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC representative well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have any requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2EURO/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared:10EURO per night will be required for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Large apartment located on the ground floor and recently renovated located in Sestri Levante, just 15 minutes walk from Riva Trigoso Beach. Ideal accommodation for your holidays and to visit the Gulf of Tigullio with its most famous locations such as Chiavari, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure. Moving in the opposite direction instead you will find pearls such as Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre reachable in about an hour's journey. Inside you will find a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining area with TV and table connected to the kitchen of the house, modern and equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: hob, fridge and freezer. Airfryer oven where you can cook like a regular oven or use the air fryer functions, kitchen utensils and dishes. You can also use a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washing machine that you will always find in the kitchen. From here you can access an external courtyard where there is a table with chairs for outdoor dining while fully enjoying the mild climate and the beautiful days or evenings of the Ligurian Riviera. There is also a high chair, board games, reading material in the living room bookcase and a wardrobe. The apartment offers a total of 6 beds plus a folding cot for younger children (0-2 years) always available in the house and included in the price. In addition to the sofa bed for two people in the living room, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom, modern and well-kept like the rest of the house, is complete with sanitary fixtures and a large and comfortable shower. There is air conditioning. The heating for the winter months is autonomous. There is no private parking, but you can park for free along the street. Pets are not allowed. For waste there is door-to-door separate waste collection.

The house is located along the Via Aurelia, the famous road that connects all the towns of the Riviera, winding through the cities and villages of Liguria, often along the sea. In Sestri it connects the center to the hamlet of Riva Trigoso and the house is located in the part of the city closest to Riva. The famous Caruggio Centrale and the Baia del Silenzio are about 2.5 km away, while in 15 minutes on foot you will reach the center of Riva Trigoso, with its seafront and beaches. The area is quiet and comfortable: in the immediate surroundings you will find all the main useful services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and tobacconists. The Sestri Levante train station is about 1 km away and in the immediate vicinity of the house there is also a bus stop in case you want to reach the beach of Riva Trigoso using public transport, or visit the center of Sestri by traveling in the opposite direction without using the car. Among the most famous places on the Riviera to visit with short trips are the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour by car or even less using the trains that leave from the Sestri Levante station or the smaller Riva Trigoso station, the pearls of the Gulf of Tigullio such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, with its picturesque port, elegant boutiques, luxury restaurants and hidden coves. The Portofino Regional Park, the protected nature reserve that surrounds the town, offers splendid coastal landscapes, hiking trails and unique flora and fauna. The hills around Sestri and the Ligurian hinterland in the direction of Varese also offer a dense network of trails to explore on foot or by mountain bike. Genoa can be reached in about 45 minutes where you can explore the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its medieval streets, historic buildings and the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the famous Aquarium.
