We are Francesca and Luca and we live in the apartment above of "A casa di Ciccio da'mmonte". We always like to host our guests in person! We created a personalized cultural and eno-gastronomic guide of Velletri for our guests.

Property info

"A casa di Ciccio da'mmonte" is a shared apartment located in a building close by the historical center of Velletri, on the third floor without lift. The apartment has a double room, a single/twin room, a triple room, a shared bathroom with shower and a shared entrance/relax area. IMPORTANT: from November to March the heating included in the rate is on for a maximum of 5 hours a day from 5pm. Possibility of increasing the hours with payment of a supplement on site for ten euros per hours. IMPORTANT: On request, if we have availability, is possibile to anticipate the check-in or posticipate the check-out paying a supplement on site of ten euros per hours. IMPORTANT: Is not possibile to host and invite more people if they are not present in the reservation (for ex. if the reservation is for one person is not possibile to stay in the apartment with other person).

Neighborhood info

The historical and pedestrian center of Velletri, full of shops, bars and restaurants, is far less than 5' by walking. The historical areas, museums and the Cathedral are far 5-10' by walking. The train and bus station is far 15' by walking. You can reach Rome by train and bus in 1h or by car. You can reach in 20-30' by car cities like Genzano di Roma, Ariccia, Albano, Nemi and Castel Gandolfo.
