Apartment located in the historic center of Campitello di Fassa, on the second floor of a characteristic villa, accessible via external wooden stairs, with independent access and large private covered parking space. The house consists of a large and bright living area, with a large dining table and comfortable sofas. The kitchen, furnished with references to Ladin tradition, has an excellent view of the town center and the mountains and is equipped with an oven, electric hob and dishwasher. On the same floor as the living area is the master bedroom, with a wooden double bed, a balcony with a view and a private bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one triple and one twin / double), with exposed wood beams, large wardrobes and private bathrooms with shower. A last spacious bathroom serves the living area and is equipped with a bathtub. The property has an outdoor parking space (1 parking space + space for bikes and skis) and a sheltered outdoor parking space, as well as proximity to municipal parking. It is possible to enjoy discounts at: affiliated wellness center and gym (not in the structure but near to the skilift), restaurants, ski/bike rentals.
The apartment is perfect for holidays with family or friends. With its 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very spacious living area, it offers the space to enjoy the company of those you love even during your holidays in Val di Fassa. The furnishing of the house, with its details, will make you feel part of the Ladin tradition. The wood of the beds, wardrobes and beautiful beams create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We want to share our house with guests who, like us, love to spend time in Val di Fassa. We are waiting for you! RULES * every guest must provide us the ID ( identification document) * dogs and cats are allowed, with an extra charge (please let us know the number of pets before the reservation) * No smoking allowed inside the house * at the check-out the house must be in good condition * in case of damages (by the guests) compensation will be required * we can provide baby-cot on request, with extra charge
The house is located in the old square of Campitello di Fassa, in the historic area, just above the center. The coop( supermarket), as well as many restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. The bus stop is also about 100 meters away. The property has a private garage where you can leave your car and a small space to store your skis or bicycles. It is also possible to use the nearby municipal car parks. Thanks to our agreements you can enjoy discounts at some local restaurants, sports equipment rentals, a gym and a wellness center (located 150 meters from the Col Rodella cable car).
