The location of the hotel is perfect. Directly on the water's edge and within walking distance of the port giving access to the river shuttle. Access to a parking space was an important point for us when booking and it worked out very well. Vietri sul mare is also a very good location on the coast because it remains easily accessible despite the car traffic which can become very intense between the other villages on the coast. The fact that the hotel is located near the port has the disadvantage that you have to climb a fairly steep slope to get to the center of the village where the majority of restaurants are located. Our 2 rooms were both located on the seafront with balconies directly overlooking the water, really beautiful. The breakfast, buffet style, is very good which is located on a terrace open to the sea. You have to pay attention to the Gull which if you turn your back to get something else will steal your plate, but this is not a problem when you are at your table. It's even funny to see.

Hotel Raito is on a hilltop with views of Salerno Bay and the Amalfi Coast. Near the A3 Motorway exit, it offers free parking and a shuttle to Vietri sul Mare.

Relais Paradiso is in Marina di Vietri, just 10 minutes by bus from the centre of Vietri sul Mare. It offers a free scheduled shuttle to the beach and village.

The location of the hotel is great - they provide a free shuttle service into town at allocated times but if you want to go into town outside of these hours, it’s only a 10 minute walk. The rooftop pool is a lovely area and the rooms and balconies are amazing - well worth the upgrade to the sea view room! Such helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Location was excellent. Just a 3 minute walk to Vietri sul Mare shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. The concierge, Carmine, was extremely helpful to give us advice on how to get to other towns on the coast.

Nice sea view from the rooftop terrace, large aquarium in the room and good breakfast with warm croissants and freshly pressed juice. Room was spacious and clean, has lots of lighting options that may be liked by those who fancy playing with lights. They also offer pretty impressive selection of dinner options for a small hotel.

The location is idyllic, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and, at points, a view of the sea. The host, Babu, was very hard working and helpful. The room was really clean, modern and contained a kitchenette which contained everything you needed to cook a meal. The breakfast, served in a lovely covered terrace with views of the hills, was the same every morning but offered more than I would usually eat at home! As the property is situated up a hill and contained plenty of steps, this wouldn't be the best place to stay for those with mobility issues. There are several restaurants and small shops within walking distance but, again, plenty of stamina is needed to access them as everything is up or down a hill (or both!). We would definitely come here again for the views alone.

The property is really well maintained, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly which is helpful in the super hot weather. The bathroom facilities were excellent and they even provided a large bottle of shower gel and soft towels. The property has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the sea. There is a restaurant just 1 minute walk from the property and it seems to be very popular with both locals and tourists. The restaurant gets very full everyday so come early or get a reservation! The restaurant had absolutely stunning views which you could never tell by looking at it from the outside.

The location, quite central. We walked from the train station to this location with luggage- which is a little hectic but doable- saved money for taxi. Close to beach. The finishers are authentic. Enjoyed the going to the nearby bar for breakfast and coffee. Next to church, so you get to hear the church bells clearly- incredible.
