Bolle Blu is a completely new apartment, really comfortable, functional and clean. Above all, at Bolle Blu we pamper our guests with an excellent concierge service: at no charge you will have help in organising your holiday, making reservations, looking for tickets and discovering the wonders of Venice. It is 2 minutes away by foot from the sea and 8 minutes by foot from all the boat lines to Venice. BolleBlu is far away from the tourist chaos of the centre of Venice and it immersed in the quiet in front of the beach. Lido is an island very easy to reach: in 12 minutes you are in San Marco Squere. The BolleBlu apartment is also suitable for long stays and families: the furniture is of excellent quality, books and games are available, beds and pillows are new and orthopedic, the air conditioning splits are autonomous in each room for choice climate for everyboby, there is the parquet in the bedrooms and the Venetian mosaic in the living room where there is also a comfortable sofa bed with a peninsula; in the bathroom there is an extra large shower cubicle and in the kitchen numerous utensils, microwave, centrifuge, kettle, moka, fridge and freezer, lots of pots and pans. The central location but on a secondary road and double-glazed windows and new windows guarantee silence in the hours spent at home. Clean sheets and towels are provided free of charge each week.

I have always loved the relax that there is in Lido and now I rent the apartment where i lived when i was a child, after having restored it from top to bottom, and having provided it with everything that guarantees my guests a perfect stay. I always welcome my guests personally and I want them to be satisfied with their stay in BolleBlu in this comfortable environment.
BolleBlu is in a really comfortable and relaxing area: many gardens around, two parks, the beach attached, the rocks of the Murazzi and a boulevard along the lagoon with exciting sunsets, but also 3 supermarkets near home, restaurants, bars, shops and clubs. In 10 minutes by boat you arrive in Venice where the art present in every corner and the unique landscapes of the world of islands like Murano and Burano will give you unforgettable memories.
