Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative. They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout. Thanks again Mr. Periera.

Breakfast is very good. All staff are friendly and helpful especially Mildred. We even met the hotel owner who is kind and helpful too. This hotel is a great place to stay as it's very near the Rialto Bridge. I would recommend it to our friends and family.

Small hotel in a quiet area. 3 minutes walk to water transport, 15 minutes to St.Marco. Very clean and cozy. I had no problem with check in, I called and we met by the entrance. Really good for its money. Also there was a little safe in the room.

Good breakfast - not just espresso and cornetto. We had good cappuccino, boiled egg, yoghurt, and müsli bread and butter plus marmelade, and cornetto, of course!

Location is great for walking around the Venice! Hard to reach hotel with heavy luggage due to car or ferry cannot enter area where hotel Located. There are four bridges with stares from the closest taxi accessible point and about 10 min walk distance

Location superb, large room and host let us keep the room until late next day as they did not have next day booking.

Friendly staff, cozy and clean room, definitely a great place to stay. Partner and I were both were happy with the cozy breakfast nook, absolutely love it! Will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
