In the heart of the historical centre, this bright apartment located in a typical venetian palace of the seventeenth century offers a stunning view of canals and bridges. Elevator, great neighborhood and easy connection to the airport and train station. Jacuzzi, shower, fully equipped kitchen and a breathtaking view. Let me describe the apartment: it’s easily accessible thanks to a fast elevator. Heating and AIR CONDITIONING are independently and options can be set accordingly to guests preferences. Fast internet WIFI connection is provided. This apartment have 7 windows overlooking the canal. You will see how extraordinary will be the view from every window! The wooden beams in every rooms are typical of Venice. The apartment can be rent independently (2+2 people) or together with the bordering apartment Ca Grimani Private Terrace (8 people in total). This apartment is made like this: – entrance with sofa bed, – the bathroom with a double sink, hydro-massage shower and whirlpool jacuzzi bathtub, – a full equipped kitchen, – the double master bedroom, – a wide living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a Smart TV 43”.

Dorsoduro is a great area to start exploring the city. Most of the important museums (Peggy Guggenheim collection, Gallerie dell’Accademia, Punta della Dogana – François Pinault Foundation) and churches (Basilica dei Frari, Madonna della Salute) are here. Close to the apartment one of the top must-see: the Squero di San Trovaso, a still-functioning workshop for the manufacture of gondolas, the last of its kind. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy the Zattere promenade with a good ice-cream or to taste the local food in the characteristic restaurants of the surroundings.
