Federico and Cristina, are property managers living in Venice and specialized in apartment rentals in the center of Venice. We have been working on this market for many years and perfectly know the town. Upon arrival, we will welcome you with giving some spots to better enjoy your stay in Venice and we will be happy to give tips on our favorite restaurants and the most amazing things to do.

A nice large apartment facing a traditional and sunny canal in a residential area not far from main famous sites. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a kitchen, a nice dining room and a private courtyard where you will enjoy some unforgettable moments. Beautiful spot to live a magic holiday merged in a residential neighborhood with many little restaurants and food shops where you will enjoy our traditional foods. Great place to share with friends or for families. A nice and bright apartment facing one of the most traditional canals of Venice, Rio Marin. Very close to the train station and to Piazzale Roma (bus terminal) but also not far from Rialto bridge (the center of the town) and St. Mark square. The neighborhood has many very interesting monuments and sites as the Frari Church, the San Rocco and San Giovanni Evangelista Schools, the Natural and Sciences museum, the Cà Mocenigo Museum (ancient dresses and perfumes) and the Cà Pesaro Museum (modern art). Enjoy some magic moments at the courtyard outside one of the two bedrooms as a perfect place for breakfast or a cocktail. One of the best areas of the town, lively and quiet at the time. Along the canal, there's a good Pastry shop for a wonderful breakfast, a supermarket at 50 mt from the apartment and some good restaurants where you can enjoy our traditional kitchen
