The 30 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a historic house without elevator (12 high steps to access) and has an independent entrance. The internal space is divided into two levels and is divided as follows: Downstairs - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, TV and split AC - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - BALCONY Upper floor (you need to go up a flight of stairs): - BEDROOM with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split AC. Additional facilities available for the guests: POCKET WIFI maximum 150 giga, heating via split, video intercom, mosquito net in the bedroom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. ATTENTION: the apartment is located within the ZTL, be careful if you are traveling by car. It is necessary to pay parking on Via Mercadante at Via Nuova (100 meters from the flat) and then continue on foot on Via Nuova.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo. The apartment is located in a very central position, a short distance from all the main points of interest. The essential services are easily reachable on foot: bars, pharmacies and supermarkets are in fact within 300 meters.
