To access the house you can do a SELF CHECK-IN from 3 pm onwards. You will be sent all the instructions on how to proceed. Within 12 hours of arrival, a face-to-face meeting with the house manager will be necessary to collect the tourist taxes and recognize the document used for registration. You will also be sent instructions for this. If you have requests or emergencies during your stay, you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with the self check-in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, we ask you to do so ONLY on the balcony of the house. Please limit the noise after 10 pm out of respect for the neighborhood and park in parking lot number 4, inside the lines, so as not to obstruct the passage. If you notice any faults or damages, please report them promptly. ALWAYS turn off the air conditioning before leaving the house. - Check out must be done by 10 am.
